By accessing or using Voyura ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Voyura is a travel planning platform that provides AI-generated itineraries, flight and hotel search, trip management, and collaboration tools. Features vary by plan (Free or Premium).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may not transfer your account to another person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that contain inaccurate information.
Premium plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Premium features until then.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
All payments for Premium subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation.
Free accounts are subject to usage limits including AI generation quota and document storage. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time.
You retain ownership of any content you upload (documents, custom itineraries). By uploading, you grant Voyura a limited licence to store and serve that content to you and any collaborators you invite. We do not use your uploaded documents to train AI models. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
If you submit suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or other feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use and act on that feedback for any purpose, without any obligation or compensation to you.

Itineraries and suggestions are generated by AI and provided for informational purposes only. Always verify travel information (visa requirements, opening hours, prices, safety conditions) independently before relying on it. Voyura is not liable for inaccuracies, omissions, or errors in AI-generated content.
The Service and its original content, design, features, and functionality — excluding content you upload — are and will remain the exclusive property of Voyura and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable law. Our name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
The Service may display links to or content from third-party websites and services (including flight search providers, hotel booking platforms, and map services). We have no control over these third parties and accept no responsibility for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms. We recommend reviewing their terms before use.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components, or that any information obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyura and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from the profile page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails such as receipts, password resets, and account notices. We will not send marketing or promotional emails without your consent. You may update your communication preferences at any time from your account settings or by using the unsubscribe link in any email.
